PSP v4.00 Update (Adds Google Search directly to the XMB)

A new PSP system software update, v4.00, will be released soon, adding Google Internet search directly to the XMB (XrossMediaBar) interface.

Sony Computer Entertainment has launched a new version of the PlayStation 3’s online store - a website accessible via PC, specifically for PlayStation Portable owners.

Instant Messaging for the PSP

eBuddy, the free web-based instant messenger, has just launched their web client for the PlayStation Portable. eBuddy writes, “by opening the PSP browser and going to m.ebuddy.com you can chat on MSN, Yahoo!, AIM and Google Talk. No download required and it’s free to use.”
